This is why we need matriarchal political parties. Any woman today who wants to get involved in politics has to join a patriarchal political party. Then, to be taken seriously by the men who rule these parties and get promotion, these women have to become, “one of the boys” and act like men. This is why many female politicians do not display the caring and loving aspects of women because they are told that their maternal and feminine natures are a ‘weakness’.
